Ambassador Joshua Omolo Gwara is a distinguished mediator, peacebuilder, and spiritual leader dedicated to promoting justice, reconciliation, and community transformation. As the Founder and Senior Pastor of Brooks of Hope Church in Nairobi, he combines faith, diplomacy, and conflict resolution to mentor individuals across religious, educational, and governmental spaces. Recognized as a UNIPGC Commander of Peace, he has played a key role in advancing alternative dispute resolution in East Africa through training programs, youth mediation initiatives, and national organizations. With a strong academic background in theology and international negotiation, he has founded impactful movements such as the Peer to Peer Mediators Club and the Christian Professional Mediators Association of Kenya, while also contributing to leadership development and consumer advocacy. He is also serving as a judge in an International Online Peer Mediation Tournament sponsored by Jams Foundation working in partnership with National Association of Peer Program Professionals in the USA. His work reflects a lifelong commitment to using mediation as both a professional practice and a spiritual calling to foster lasting peace.
